Which Type of Tree? - It will be a quicker and easier shopping experience if you know which type of tree you are looking for before you begin your video shopping experience. Please take time to explore our informative tree type pages if you are not already sure which species you prefer. There are pictures and descriptions of the types of trees we offer.
How Tall Is Your Christmas Tree? - If you have a tape measure it’s always best to actually measure the spot you want to put your tree. Quite often it is less than you think! A Christmas tree looks best with at least six inches of leeway below the ceiling to leave room for your tree top ornament.
Connect via Video Chat - All of our video chat options are optimized for a cell phone but should also work well on your tablet, laptop or desktop computer. Once you have chosen a video option it is as simple as clicking the link to reach one of our helpful Christmas tree salespeople. Please have the video app downloaded prior to calling

Selecting your Tree - Once you are connected, our salespeople will assist you in reviewing the Christmas trees on display at our San Fernando Valley Christmas tree lot located at Los Angeles Valley College. Once you have found the perfect tree, we will provide you with the inventory control number for that specific tree. This number is your guarantee that you are getting the exact tree you have personally picked out. Please write this number down or take a screenshot of it.
Complete your Purchase - We can take your payment information on the phone or you can use the shopping cart to complete your transaction. Once there simply enter the type and size of the tree you have chosen, as well as the inventory control number where indicated. Choose from the available delivery dates then complete the payment information. If you wish, we will stay with you on the video call until you have completed your transaction online.
